Limited Edition or Custom Editions will require an additional 3 - 15 business days to be ready for shipping.

MY ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME.
Shipping may be delayed by 5 to 10 business days during peak seasons (New Year, Christmas, etc.) or due to factors related to the outbreak. In this case, we appreciate your understanding and will do our best to process the order as soon as possible.
If the order is delayed by more than 25 days, we will send a replacement product or we will refund 100% of the order value.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
Please note that changing order information, canceling orders, etc. can be made free of charge within 24 hours of your order being successfully paid for. After that time, we cannot guarantee that the adjustment will be processed

DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT?
International customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes and any other charges that your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These charges are passed on to your carrier or local government and are not collected by PotteryQ and are therefore non-refundable.
We ship international packages DDU (Duties and Charges Unpaid), meaning that these charges are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. The recipient must pay all applicable charges in order to receive the parcel. As we cannot advise on the amount of these charges, we recommend that you contact your country's customs or tax agent for the appropriate charges and rates for a package shipped out of your country.
Please note that DHL Express (or UPS) will pay any duties and taxes payable on the goods on your behalf as soon as they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. The goods will only be delivered to you once you have fully repaid any duties and taxes paid on your behalf. In some cases, you may receive an invoice from DHL (or UPS) after delivery for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. Items sent via DHL Express (or UPS) cannot be 'returned to sender', so it is the customer's responsibility to find out if there are any local duties or taxes payable on arrival (for international orders). We cannot issue refunds if the customer refuses to accept the goods upon delivery.
